We bought this Willys M38 from the late Steve Preston in 2017. He purchased it from 2 brothers that lived in Redland, OR. It had been used on their farm for 20 yrs.
We started working on it in 2017 and it took a year to restore it to what you see in the picture. There was very little rust to start with considering the way it had been used. We were very lucky. The drive train had not been touched. All items were removed off the body and sand blasted that could be. Only the right floor board had to be replaced and the hat channel. New wiring was installed and lots of sanding and tender loving care to get it to what you see in the picture. She may smoke a little but shifts and drives great. She’s our pride and joy.

What a nice job! Probably didn’t look that good when she rolled off the assembly line!
Hope this year we will all be able to drive our jeeps to the shows! Again……Nice Job!
