This Jeep belonged to my best friend who used it as a hunting Jeep in south Texas. When he died back in 1996 his father gave it to me because my friend Terry and I were always working on it or hunting in it. This Jeep has carried many deer to the freezer. Not to mention dove, quail, ducks, and anything else we could hunt. Over the years the floor has rotted out and been replaced twice with 3/16 steel plate. It started life as a Tuxedo Park model with chrome hood hinges and latches painted baby blue with column shift. It is one of my favorite Jeeps and I will never sell it. Too many great memories!
