This is our 1947 Willys CJ-2A, fully restored back to original in Princeton Black. We found it in a barn, and it was supposed to be sent to a wrecking facility. It was restored for the school graduation of our daughter Anne. It was in Québec for 47 years. Didn’t work for 25 years, it took 21 months to restore, with 617 hrs of work. The story started while eating with friends Nadine and Andre, me and my wife were searching for something to do together and we wanted to restore an old vehicle. Andre said to us that his neighbor had an old Jeep. 2 weeks later the restoration began. We had no experience in mechanics and we searched a lot on the internet and also had the help of Kaiser Willys video’s and many friends of mine. On June 21st, 2017, 70 years after it was made, the restored Willys CJ-2A was ready for the graduation ball of Anne.

Great looking jeep and Graduation Present.
One suggestion ,the color black body was offered with orange or red wheels,it would really complete the vehicle.
