My dad purchased the 1951 Willys CJ-3A in 1955 for $600.00 It quickly became part of the family we used to plow snow in winter and also used for hunting and fishing trips in the mountains of Colorado. My dad passed in 2001, I got the Willys in 2011 and started restoring it not knowing where to find parts for it I came across Kaiser Willys, thank God, so the work began a short 13 years later I have finished my dad was in the Navy in Word War 2 even know it’s not a military Jeep I wanted to paint it a Military color so I painted it Destroyer Gray in his honor it will be mainly be used in parades now had a lot of fun and great memories I wanted to thank the guys at Kaiser Willys for all there help great customer service.
