I am a Charter Boat Captain in the Florida Keys (ex auto body man years ago). I became unemployed in March due to the Covid 19 pandemic. After the passing of one of my Uncles, who served in the Korean War, I decided to refurbish my 1952 Willys M38 and keep it as original as possible. His service numbers are on the right side along with my fathers service numbers on the left side as a dedication to ALL Veterans! Their belt buckles are also seen in some of the photos. The Jeep is now named the Screaming Eagle because of my Uncles belt buckle that the family wanted me to have for the M38.

Great job. Looks like you have stopped the “Key’s Corrosion” dead in its tracks.
I am finishing up a 1951 M38 just up the road in Wellington FL.

What a more fitting a way to honor our veterans or loved ones than to dedicate
a restoration in their name. Hours of work, including Blood,Sweat and Tears! A
beautiful job! God bless all our veterans and these fine people who restore these
vehicles in hopes it help us to: “Never Forget”! Brovo on a job “Well Done” —-Dave in New London,Ohio

Sharp looking Jeep and a great tribute to your uncle. I also have been working on a 52 M38. Picked it up in January then Wuhan accelerated the timeline to restore it.

General’s Jeep it is beautiful to beautiful. In each life we must have beauty queens. Incredible job well done. Now lose the roll bar and stop washing it and you will get out of General’s duty.
Then again somebody has to do it.

Great job! Every kid should have to go through boot camp, then be trained in body and fender work. The world would be a better place.
