Our son Christian totally surprised me with this 1951 Willys Jeep for Christmas this past year. Christian lives in Bozeman, MT and came across the Jeep in rural MT. Note the PINK Jeep sitting in the field! The MT title states it being a 1948. We have no idea where the id/serial number on the title came from. In the restoration process Christian undertook, (work in process photo) the make-shift heating system was removed which revealed the identification plate on the inside fire wall, and low-and-behold it’s a 1951! The year I was born! This very special Jeep is now, deservedly living the “good life” with us in Carefree, AZ. And now I have a new project!
