Q: Are the star adjuster washers available for the CJ-2A windshield adjusting arm? I’ve been looking for several years and have been unable to locate one.

Q: 1946 CJ-2A. All I have on my jeep are the brackets on the window frame and window itself. I need the complete left and right assembly. What else do I need to order to complete the assembly to allow the window to hinge open?
- A: This kit should pretty much take care of it.
Q: I’d like to order this adjusting arm for my 46 CJ-2A.. the problem is all I have is the the holes in the frames where it’s supposed to mount.. I need the entire kit & parts… can I get all of this through KAISER?.. & all I need is one for the passenger side?
- A: This is complete and will take care of it.
Q: I have one of these, not sure if right or left. This one shows a notch in the hole at the end of the long arm. Is that just for passenger side? The driver side doesn’t show a notch.
- A: This is for passenger side only. They basically are mirrors of one another.
Q: My wind shield has never opened, and with the Bataam hood I have I can’t drop my windshield at all. Will this kit allow me to convert my windshield to open?. Are all the parts included? As I have nothing to complete this switch over. Would be cool to be able to open on the trail. . . Thank you for your time hope to here soon and if it works out I’ll be ordering the kit soon.
- A: Sounds like you may have a later style windshield frame. Please email photos of it over to mike@Kaiserwillys.com and we can ID it for you.
Q: I am restoring a CJ-3B with an adjustable windshield, but I have not seen this arm kit for CJ3B… should it be the same?
A: That is an odd ball typically for export option. I do believe the arms are different but I’m sure this could be modified to work.
