801: Clifton Retterer’s 1948 Willys CJ-2A
This CJ-2A was recently purchased from a gentleman who did a frame off restoration and engine rebuild. Owner before that had driven it to work as a Forest Ranger, when the weather was nice. After retirement it sat in a barn for 30 years and had to be dug out for its restoration. I have replaced gauges, including speedometer, got the 12 volt conversion finished and work properly. It just got NDCCs and I painted the wheels to match the original Universal Beige. Backseat coming next. And, restoring the lefty spare.
