398: Tom Barnes’ 1951 Willys CJ-3A
This restoration started as a father-son project in the summer of 2008 but it took much longer than expected and my son (driver in the photo) had to return to college, leaving me to finish it over the course of 3+ years. He did continue to help during his home visits, and we enjoyed exploring the desert trails together after it was finished.
