Our journey with our Willys CJ-2A began in 2012. I was a young Army Artillery Captain preparing to take command, and my wife, a paratrooper herself, told me I needed a project to help me balance work and being home with my family. So we found our 1946 Willys CJ-2A Jeep and began the work.
We have continued to work on the Jeep and most recently, following our time in Germany, we drove cross-country bringing it to DC. Today, the Jeep has become a family legacy now with my son taking charge of keeping the tradition alive.
