This is a 1950 Willys Jeepster with a F-Head motor, 6 volt, overdrive 3 speed. The only modification is the addition of an electric fuel pump to fill up the bowl when the Jeepster, “Juniper” sits for any length of time.
This is a junkyard rescue. The original color was red, we bought it in silver/grey and changed it to this 50s color. She is named Juniper and one day will tell children’s stories through “The Adventures of Juniper the Jeepster”. Until that day we are happy to have folks wave at us as we drive by! We have a number of vintage cars but it is the Jeepster that puts a smile on everyone who sees it every time we drive. Kaiser Willys and Mike have been the perfect partner to assist us putting the Willys Jeepster back on the road.
