248: Bill Cox’s 1957 Willys CJ-5
This is my 1957 Willys CJ5, with ventilating windshield. It is a ground up restoration, 95% original restoration parts. I have owned this Willys since 1984. It was my daily work driver. Now it is used exclusively as a trail rider, used 9 months of the year in the Kentucky woods.

Mate,
great Job!!!
I know the love and pain in the restoration. But it is always worth it.
Many years of driving a vehicle which when you get into a modern 4×4 you think OK they have improved in the luxuries but boy they knew a lot more before computers than we will give the credit for!
Bill,
Nice restoration job, what happened to the original oil bath air cleaner? They did have a greater capacity by far for filtration. I like the 2 tone radiator also.
