793: Lee Buchanan’s 1946 Willys CJ-2A
My dad bought me this Jeep in 1977. It sat unused for about 15 years, but now, at 62 and retired, I’ve spent the last eight months restoring it. I built custom bumpers and rock sliders, notched the fenders for front seats, Raptor-lined the interior tub, and installed a rear seat for my grandkids. I also made a windshield frame to accept a one-piece glass and finished it off with organic orange paint.
