It is a 1968 with the Buick V-6 in it.  The emergency brake is on the drive line and the springs are on the arm that goes to the brake drum.  I have a little clip and 2 springs 3 or 4 inches lone and can not figure out how they go back on.  Should have taken a picture as they have been off for almost a year.
