I don’t know so much about the Willys. I bought it from a guy in south of Sweden last year and have upgraded the finish under this long winter. It is almost ready outside, have some work to do under the hood and the bottom side. I know that it was imported from Nederlands some years ago. It was lot of label and signs with their language on. Some one told me it have been in airforce Nato base there for the rather strange colour.
