I found my 1960 CJ-5 in a friends back yard under a tarp, and I somehow swindled him into trading his jeep for a custom built display cabinet. After I got it home I proceeded to tear it apart, rebuilding the motor, cleaning up the tranny and transfer case, and going through all the mechanical and electrical. Basically the only thing it needs, is the body work to be done. Regardless, it is still my favorite vehicle to cruise around with, even in the winter time. The other CJ-5 is actually a buddy’s of mine.
