Mr. Keiffer, you’re my hero for three reasons. One, for still getting around at 96 years old. Two, for your service in the Merchant Marines, and three for holding on to your Jeep all these years and having the fortitude to restore it. Sounds like a life well-lived. Congratulations Sir.

What an awesome experience it was to work with this family. The memories they shared, and the stories! Best of all was the smile on Mr. Keiffers face when he saw his trusty old Jeep looking new, and ready for another 70 years of adventures! Thanks for all the great parts!!

This is my dad of whom I am quite proud! I learned to drive in this Willys in the 1960’s … driving around my father’s pear, prune, and walnut orchards. When in high school, early 1970s, I would take it to a family friend’s ranch to go swimming in the river and deer hunting on the “Fountain Ranch” in Hopland California.
