376: Charles Happel’s 1951 Willys CJ-3A
We purchased this 51 a few years ago. It had been partially restored by a previous owner with a new tub and had been painted military green. We did a complete restoration over about 10 months and stripped it down completely. We replaced all the other sheet metal, suspension, fuel tank, seats, and lots of other parts all from from KW. We enjoy driving our Willys to go out for dinner, pick up groceries or to just go for a cruise. It gets lots of attention wherever we go.
