Q: Is this a “short” shaft model? I ordered one and it seems to be about 1 inch longer than the previous version from about 20 years ago.

• A: You have to use your original spacers or just shim it. Please call me toll free. I can help out on this.

Q: I just want a wiper on the drivers side of my pickup. Will this motor work for that, my truck is 12 volt?

Q: Can I get a replacement cover for the one I already have? The one I have is plastic.

Q: It looks like the original wipers terminated in the middle of the windshield. Is there a left and right side, I ordered 2 and they both rotate in the same direction. Is there a way to change it inside.

• A: There is originally a drivers and passenger side one.

Q: Does this fit behind the dash and is there one for both sides I don’t want it to be seen.

• A: For the jeeps it bolts to the inside of the windshield frame in the original mounting location.
