Canvas Summer Top For 41-64 MB, GPW, 2A, 3A, 3B, M38, M38A1

Materials and fabrication all done in the USA. We custom make each one of our tops to order. Colors Available: Black, Tan, or Grey. All our custom made tops are built to original specs using the proper materials for each vehicle. They go across the top and down the back and feature original webbing and stitching methods used. The sides of the vehicle will remain open.

After placing your order we will both call and email you to get your vehicle specifics and color required. Original top bows are required for install. We sell those separately if you need them as well. These tops will score you points in shows.

Q: For an M38 (1951) is olive drab available?

• A: K2236 is the part number for that.

Q: Is this a full cab or half cab?

• A: This is across the top and down the back. The sides are open.

Q: My GPW came with a canvas top which has stenciling in big white letters on the aft part stating LEFT HAND DRIVE, NO SIGNALS, MAX SPEED 40 MPH. I have to remove these due to local traffic regulations. Can you recommend a product which will remove the paint and not damage the canvas?

• A: If your vehicle is over a certain age you really shouldn’t have to. That is a very unusual local law I have never heard of. I would try to get it registered as an antique and you should be fine.

Q: Are the sides available if you want them, and do you have the O. E. canvas tops also with doors and the side curtains.

Q: Will the gray canvas top fit the tiger top bow mounting system?

• A: No, the Bestop Tiger top is an unoriginal top bow configuration. These are made to fit the original bows.
