188: Steve O’Connor’s 1955 Willys Station Wagon
A lot of the cosmetic work was done when I purchased the vehicle. I did, however, have the interior redone from floor to roof; carpet, upholstery, panels and headliner. A lot of mechanical work done to include replacing the king pins. I’d just like to thank Kaiser Willys Auto Supply for all of their technical assistance and getting the parts to me in a timely manner.

Beautiful 55 wagon; really like the color combo; I’m just getting started on my 55, lots of parts to clean and/or replace. Engine (226) being rebuilt, working on steering and brake system now.

HI STEVE ===Great looking wagon , it looks as if you have a Overdrive unit attached how much difference dose it make to engine revs.
My wagon is the same colour without the red inserts
Once again great looking WAGON

Ron, my overdrive makes a huge difference in the rpms. when I engage the overdrive at 3000 it will drop down to about 2000/2500 rpms. haven’t looked that closely, but sure can tell the difference in mph and the noise.
