This is my second 1954 Willys CJ-3B. After selling my previous project and trying out a 1973 CJ-6 and a 2006 LJ, I was once again on the hunt for the High-Hood I wished I had not sold. I found this beauty in Texas from a gentlemen well known in the 3B community. He had taken expert care of the Jeep for 20 years telling me that he drove it weekly and it had only been rained on twice in 20 years! Since buying the Jeep about 2 years ago, I have mostly made changes to get it back to factory configuration. I replaced the seats with the correct ones from KW and added a rear seat. All of the parts have come from KW along with some good technical help. I have worked on small things like windshield wipers, dash lights, the correct tail lights and even added shoulder belts for the front seats. I would like to remove the chrome parts that have been added by previous owners but have also grown to not hate some of the chrome. This Jeep has a tile history including Chadron, NE and Fort Collins, CO. It now spends most of its time at Santa Rosa Beach, FL gaining much attention from the beach goers along Scenic 30A.
