When I was a kid, my grandpa always owned Willys and Jeeps. I grew up with these vehicles and when Grandpa went hunting he would take me with him in the Jeep every now and then. It made such an impression on me that I always wanted a Willys. After years of searching, I found a suitable M38 and restored it to the ORIGINAL as far as possible. Kaiser Willys was also a help because I bought parts there that are very difficult to find in EUROPE. After half a restoration I drive my Willys almost every day in the summer and mainly use it for hunting.

  5. Hello fellow countryman

I recently restored an ex swiss army m38a1 and use it as our forestal jeep in western Austria (Vorarlberg, Bregenzerwald)

The old T-numberplate looks nice on your m38, so you seem to be addicted to jeeps a quite long time. ????

    Looks awesome, congratulations.

Liebe Grüsse aus dem Bregenzerwald nach Tirol!
