It is a 1941 or there about Willys sedan, jeep motor and running gear with a body built by Holden in Adelaide. I know it is not a Jeep but the heritage remains the same. Not sure on the exact build date as this was during WW2 and to give you an idea it is one of 197 built in 1941 or 97 built in 1942 or 8 built in 1943. Holden were already building war vehicles from 1939. It spent some time in Woomera which was a closed town from 1948 until 1983 and the area was used for joint UK/Australia missile testing. I bought the car in 1972 and it was the first car that I drove on the road. It also has a tube radio.
