395: Terry Vick’s 1957 Willys Pickup

My wife found the truck for sale on the side of the road in a small Texas town. We brought it home and spent the last 4 years rebuilding “Old Willy”. We have had help from my father, brother, son, daughter, nephew, grandchildren, and countless friends.

  1. What a unique and beautiful paint combination. Great idea for the bed and rear fenders. It proves you can build a fine looking vehicle without dumping a lot of money on parts, unusable or missing and chrome plating. Truly a one-of-a-kind truck.

  3. Thank you for the nice comments. We have enjoyed driving old Willy around for a couple years now. He is still doing fine.
