365: Danial King’s 1942 Ford GPW
My boys and I started restoring this Jeep in 2005. We found a GPW frame in Houston, Texas and started restoring it one piece at a time from the ground up. Y’all have been a great resource. We live in Idaho now and drive our jeep in parades, camping and hunting!

I got my grandfather’s 1949 CJ2A running in Northern California back in 1970 after my 15th birthday and kept it in great shape until I had to sell it to pay for graduate school. Would love to find it or another one if it exists.
