I have a 1947 CJ2A. Considering doing the same to mine have plenty of room in my shop for an extended year frame off restore.
Nice job Wayne! You’ve done a fantastic job. I’m also midway through a ’46 Pasture green with PTO and you’ve inspired me to keep moving! I’d be very interested in how you got such a great match to Pasture green. It looks fabulous! Can you share any info with us, codes etc?
Cheers from Southern Ontario.
Bravo! Excellent work as you well know. We also have a CJ-2A of the vintage 1946 which my Dad bought that year. My Mom taught me to drive in it and I taught my son and we still drive it here in Idaho but not in the winter as we baby it.
Your work makes your Jeep look new! Glad you kept the same engine and all as that is what makes it a Jeep. Ours is still 6 Volts with the Go Devil engine too.
Congrats on your hard work and best of luck.
