Bryan Pyke’s 1966 CJ-5
The chronological restoration of my 1966 CJ5. When I purchased the Jeep, I bought it from the original owner and it only has 38,000 miles on it. The restoration process took me just over a year. I hope you enjoy the photos! Thanks for all of your help in supplying the parts to complete the restoration and for answering the dozens of questions I had along the way.

Thanks,
Bryan Pyke

I really like your site, and it has a lot of inter-
resting pictures and things other jeep owners have posted. I would send a picture of my 1950 cj3A, but I doin’t know how.I haven’t Restored mine, I just put
the things it needed as of now. And most of the item’s
were bought from your store. I can only buy things
from time to time as I am retired and need the money
for other things.
Sincerly Larry
Hi Larry! Thanks for the great feedback on the site – We’d love to add your photos to our CJ-3A gallery! You can email them directly to me (along with any other story / info about your CJ) at webmaster@kaiserwillys.com. Have a great weekend!
I am starting to restore my 1962 CJ5. The PO has butchered the dash. Can someone get me pictures or layout of the original configuration of the dash. I think I will need to start from scratch. This 66′ of Bryan’s just has me all excited. I can’t wait to finish mine.
Hi Deano,
In answer to your question about the dash for your CJ-5, I just sent you an email with a detailed illustration – If it ends up in your junk box, or you don’t get it soon, please let me know!
