Built in 1967, Ohio and exported to Swiss Army. At retirement, it was sold and exported to South Africa. This Jeep is 100% original with matching Engine and Chassis numbers according to data plates and papers. This is the only registered M606A2 in South Africa. The M606A2 is the export version of the M38A1. It has the Willys hurricane 2.2 engine. Total restoration period was 8 years. Everything has been stripped down to Chassis. Chassis was sand blasted and resprayed. Then all body parts have been resprayed. Engine and gearbox have been completely rebuilt.
