I just picked up this beautiful machine a couple months ago. It’s been a dream for as long as I can remember to own a jeep. I’m at the beginning of a long project. This CJ-2A runs well and drives well but has no brakes, amazingly everything else works right down to the gauges. It has a working pto as well. Money is tight and the restoration will surely take a while but 1 part at a time will get replaced as needed. I found this Jeep on Ebay. It was sitting in this fellas barn since the 60’s when his dad bought it. It was love at first sight. I knew I was going to do whatever it took to get it. Sure enough 1 week later I was on my way to Kentucky from Florida to get it. It came with a snow plow and a pto mower attachment.
