  1. GREAT PICTURES KEEP ADDING TO THEM IF ONLY MY JEEPS LOOK SO GREAT MAYBE ONE OF THESE DAYS 1952 M-38 1948 CJ2A AND 1948 WILLYS OVERLAND TRUCK SADLY TOO FAR GONE NOW OTHER THAN FEW PARTS

  2. The picture of the Delivery Sedan is not a 1948. The grill on the ’48 should look like the one on the ’48 truck pictured below it. Also, notice the “4 wheel drive” badge? That should say “Delivery”. 4 wheel drive wasn’t an option on these until 1949. The 3 horizontal bars on the grill didn’t come about until 1953, and the grill itself is v-shaped(notice the flat, 9 bar grill on the 48 truck pictured below). Also, the fenders are pointed, which puts them at 1950 or later. So, he’s restored this ’48 with later model parts(thus not a pure restoration) or it’s not a ’48 model. I can almost guarantee you that the title says 1953 or later on it.

I don’t know why, but it seems extremely popular to claim they have a 1947-1948, when they have a 1953 or newer model. I guess most people wouldn’t know the difference.
