When installing the disc there is a front and back side to the disc. If you put it in backwards it will drag when you try to use it. That happened to me.

Thanks for the comment! In the video, Jason mentions that there is a flat side and protruding side. You want the protruding side to go towards the rear of the vehicle so that the flat side is going towards the flywheel. Let us know if you have any other questions and we will be happy to help!
