I’ve owned this Jeep since 1974. It was the same ‘chevy’ orange when I bought it. I’ve kept it completely original over the years. I sold it once to my college roommate with the understanding that if he didn’t want it I would buy it back. He unfortunately passed away unexpectedly and his widow asked if I wanted it back and I of course said yes! It came with the front bumper extension and grill. My mom always liked that so I kept it that way. I believe it was mostly used on a farm as it came with the Power Take Off, which I still have. I took the PTO off and put on an overdrive just so it is more road worthy. It is our (Jackie, my wife and me) favorite car to take to the beach at Isle of Palms (we live in Mt. Pleasant, SC (Charleston)). It is actually her fav car to drive! I also take it to Cars and Coffee in Mt. Pleasant quite often.
