How to remove the pedal pads from your Willys Jeep – Part of an ongoing “Jeep” disassembly and restoration series sponsored by Kaiser Willys.
1. First, remove the cotter pin from the accelerator treadle connection link.
2. Next, remove the pedal pad clamp bolts from the brake and clutch pedals.
3. Lift out the clutch and brake pedal pads through the floor of the body tub.
4. Pull back the accelerator treadle and connection link, then disconnect from pedal hinge to remove.
