075: Larry and Peggy’s Willys Pickup
I have been “repairing” an old Willys pickup for about 2 years… First I got it running… Then I started driving it and continuing the repairs as time and money allowed…. It came from Colorado and was last used about 10 years ago as a snow plow…
It came with a Rambler six… Just enough power to pull 80 mph. I added an overdrive and 16″ rims/tires. It also came with a 1946 Harrison heater that was an accessory for a Chevrolet. The truck still needs lots of body work but runs smooth and fairly quiet… I added a Ford 6CD radio and a cup holder.

It looks like a nice ride. What year is it? I have a ’55 pickup that I have not got running yet. Mine came with a plow and I am not sure how everything attaches. Did you get the plow with yours?

I reckon it’s a 1952 or 1953 judging by the grill bars and instruments.

Nice Fotos. Nice Wheels, nice colour, nice truck. I have a truck like yours, the motor is a 250 6 Ford. enough power. Recond 20years ago. Never flog it. lots of driving, and it still goes very well.
