My son got the Willys from a friend of his, it was in bad shape, and two we found the Title that had follow it for twenty five years, before we got it was the wrong title. Called Kaiser Willys, gave them my serial number, they told me it was built in 1947. I loaded it back on trailer and took it to our State Law inspector, showed him serial number on the fire wall and on the frame that both matched, so we have a new title with the right serial number and before Idaho started branding the titles with a SALVAGED STAMP! It surprising what a little sanding, cutting and primer paint will do, as you noticed my front floor was rotted out so I ordered that part from Kaiser Willys.
