Q: Will this work for the ’48 Jeepster? CHP tells me I must have seat belts to drive on the street.
- A: Yes, they should work fine for you.
Q: Will this work for a 1955 Willys P/U Truck?
- A: Yes it should work ok.
Q: Will this belt work with a 58 Willys Wagon?
- A: Yes it should work just fine.
Q: Will this bolt right up to the existing seatbelt loop on my 1965 Universal? Or does this require me to drill the body and mount?
- A: Typically in 1965 they never had belts but you should be able to use the existing hole with no problem.
Q: What color is the seat belt-2 and can I get it in red?
- A: These are only available in black.
Q: Will this lap belt work with the rear seat in a ’64 or ’65 CJ5, or do you have one that will?
- A: Yes this will work just fine. Or part number: BELT-1
Q: I am ready to install two of these on my 48 CJ-2A. Any recommendations on where to install the bolts?
- A: To either side of the seat allowing room for it to retract and fit comfortably and proper when buckled.
Q: I have a 1975 US Postal Jeep. Will this work?
- A: Yes this should work for that application as well.
Q: Will this seat belt work on a 1971 Jeepster Commando?
- A: Yes, these will work for the Commando as well.
Q: Does this come with installation instructions?
- A: No, there are no install instructions – but if you have questions call us toll free and we can help. Its pretty straight forward.
Q: I have a 1965 CJ-5, what belts are recommended for front and back?
- A: If you have a roll bar I would get BELT-3 for the front seats. If not either BELT-1 or BELT-2 are great.
Q: Will these work for a 1970 Jeepster Commando?
- A: Yes, these should work. BELT-1 would work as well.
