1948 Jeepster… bought in 1955… Buick v.6, drive train with a.c 1970… stored last 15 years… took it out, started right up! 1950 Jeepster on a 1980s Chevy blazer frame drivetrain. 4×4.. 350.. 350.. ps.. pb.. installing a.c now. Bought about 15 yrs ago.. already converted.. I finished it. Then my new grand cherokee trail hawk.. nice car… ok jeep… least it has a transfer case! I’ve tested it’s offroad abilty and it’s ok. My other vehicles are a 1965 Meyers manx.. 2330 cc vw… turning brakes.. full skid plate …street.. off road buggy.. owned since 1970. And last but not least. 1996 lifted 6 inches geo tracker… auto..ac.. ps.. pb.. good stereo… fun vehicle.
Update – Aloha from the north shore of Oahu, Hawaii… I’m sitting here with my old and new jeeps thinking of you folks as I read my book!Best wishes..

I remember you catching me and Patsy Phipps playing
strip poker under the clothesline behind Tomiko and Stanley
and Gorden Miyahira’s place.
Patsy and I also went skinny dipping in the Fuller’s pool one
night…while they were home.
Patsy was special. Polio seemed sooooo WRONG!
