This is the start of our new adventure. A 1962 wagon that my wife and I just purchased. It does not run but from what I can tell everything looks very original, even the interior is in remarkable shape for it’s age. The engine and engine compartment also appear to be untouched. The oil bath air cleaner is still installed. The only addition that looks out of place is the addition of a electric fuel pump.

The initial plan was to replace the running gear with modern running, but after a closer look the vehicle is so original that keeping it stock may be best for this survivor. We will keep you posted as the restoration begins.
