Mike Healey

A work in progress….she started out as a CJ-5 in 1961 and had grown old and in need of much repair. I’ve always wanted a military Jeep so this ol’ timer took on the looks of an M38A1 while still holding on to the CJ-5 heritage. Some day I’ll dig into a flat fender, but until then I’m enjoying my military wanna-be. I’ve tried to honor my father’s WWII experience with the 3rd army insignia and the 40MM center console cartridge box while adding my Vietnam theater experience.

I get a thumbs up everywhere I go.
