I sold my 1996 Jeep wrangler sahara edition in Dec. of 2011. A jeep that I had drove faithfully for 14 years. Although it was hard to part with such an old friend, my heart raced with anticipation as we towed my “new” flatty from N.H. to its new home in MA. A childhood dream come true after 40 years! I spent the next 4 months in a makeshift garage with a noxious propane heater building what would become the most awesome vehicle I have ever owned. This jeep has become such a joyful part of my life and I look forward to many years of adventures with my new old friend. I had such a great time working on my “new” jeep and the folks at Kaiser Willys made it so easy to find parts I needed. Our whole family loves taking it everywhere whenever we get the chance. As for me, I try to drive her anytime the sun is shining! I look forward to many years with my “new” flatty, and when its time for me to move on, I hope my son will get to enjoy her as much as I did!
