Great project! I picked up a 1959 CJ 6 two years ago. Getting ready to dig into it. Do you have more photo’s to share on your project? I have never done anything like this, hope I am not getting into deep. Found mine in a barn locally in central Minnesota. I am the 2nd owner. Please send photo’s if you would. Probably would help me out some getting started. Was yours running when you got it? What motor do you have? Thanks!!

Sorry for not getting back to you, I don’t go to this site much anymore. I ordered pretty much everythiing I needed last winter. Yes I’ve tried a couple times to add pics to this blog, but no luck. I have lots of pics of the process I can send you. The 4 cyl motor was inopertive, total rebuild. I now have my own made front and rear bumpers on and I’m driving it both in town and the mountains.
