A little back ground on the Jeep. It was a basket case when I got it 20 years ago, it took 19 years to rebuild the Jeep from the ground up, it was a labor of love. It has all the original running gear including the 4 cylinder flathead, and it runs super. There is a new 3″ lift, and 33″ tires, it works OK with the 538 gear’s, have installed 11″ breaks all around, new bucket sets, new wiring, I fabricated a 14 gal. gas tank and moved it to the back. Spent hours working on the body. Rubber lined the inside of the tub. fabricated roll bar and bumpers front and back.
Beautiful Jeep, just starting on a 51 that my granpa gave to me, My daughter is 11 and wants to drive it in high school. What did you do for a lift kit, looks great.
