All original 24-volt electrical system, RMD stamped engine block signifying it is a remanufactured military block, has a new Solex carburetor (courtesy of Kaiser Willys), as well as new canvas top (also from Kaiser Willys). This wonderful Jeep spent most of its life as a national guard Jeep, assigned to the 278th ACR from Kingsport, TN. After it’s service life it was purchased by the Hawkins county civil defense program where it was used by a local Rescue Squad.
