329: Nelson Gil’s 1949 Willys CJ-2A
This CJ-2A has been in the family since 2008. I am restoring the Jeep slowly, with dedication and attention to detail. I am restoring the Jeep in the city of Sevilla Valle, Colombia. I am proud to have the car, this has been a project that involved my family to complete. The transmission, motor and all the parts are original. It is very rewarding when I take it to exhibitions, and it is admired even more than a new car.

I agree with Mark, you don’t see many silver ‘old’ Jeeps. The black and silver is a very nice combination.
Hats Off to Nelson!

I have just started a restoration of a 46 CJ-2a. I really like the paint on the 49 in the Willys of the week. Could you share with me the paint information for the colors. Greatly appreciated.
