My Willys M38A1 was a genuine barn find in Wales with shell and running gear. With the help of my friends and my son in law who is the mechanic we brought the Jeep back to life. It took roughly a year to get the Jeep back to running order and looking good. While we have restored the Jeep we love to use it, it’s there for some fun and we often support Poppy Scotland in fund raising.

I have a 1965 M38A1 which I’m considering selling. How do I find a value for it? It was in the crate until 1985.
Only has 22K miles. 5-7000 were on tow bar being pulled to hunting trips. 4gpools@sbcglobal.net
Very nice love the Jeep and costume God Bless
Gung ho Dude. Love the Captain America suit. The “smirk” is good too. Have fun.
All of the extras are very nice; the rope, the ammo box tied on the front, the secured antenna and the Junior M38A1’s are the finishing touch!
Great restoration. Kind of overshadowed by the costumes, toys, etc.
That’s a great restoration. I have a ‘ 54 M38A1 that I sent to MN for body work and painting. Your vehicle has the correct M38A1 color. Mine was repainted in the Vietnam era color, which I guess is ok, but I would rather have the correct lime shade.
