  1. Dear Barry
Greetings fron Down Under! I enjoyed looking at your photos. What a collection.
Can you help? I see that you own an original ute (truck). Is there a chance that you could photograph the spare wheel bracket(carrier) and email it to me? I plan to restore 230 ute which is missing this item. It would be good to make one as per the original design. Any other details such as material specifications would be appreciated.
    Many thanks
    Basil

  5. The picture of your ’48 2WD in the snow is as close a duplicate to my ’48 2WD as anything I’ve seen. I don’t have the add-on mirror – other than that – twins!

Interesting on mine, the master serial number list says it’s a ’49 – but it has all of the characteristics of a ’48 (split seat, cloth head liner..).

It’s about 90% done, I’m getting really anxious to get it out of the shop.

Any details on yours your’s like to share? Engine? Interior? History?

My story is on the KWAS Forun under “Restoring Ham’s ’48- …

    Again, beautiful picture.
