We bougth this 1947 CJ2-A from a friend 35 years ago. It was in bad shape when we purchased the willys. So it became a family project to restore it. We all got envolved fixing and restoring it. Not only was it a family jeep our little niece and nephew enjoy riding the willys. We are on our second restoration now due to some T.L.C. Since we are restoring the Willys for the Second time due to a 2006 flood that we had here at our Southwest Texas [ El Paso ]. This Willys is our pride and joy. We use it around the little farm to do chores and outdoor activities. This jeep served it’s country and now happily in our family.
