I’ve had this 1952 CJ-3A for thirty two years, since I was 18. Our family had various Jeeps growing up including flat fender Tonkas. I met the older gentleman, Robert, who owned this Jeep a few years earlier with my father; my father said “don’t ask him if he wants to sell it because he is a little funny about it”. A few years passed & I heard Robert had passed away. The phone rang not long after and his widow said “Robert said you would like his Jeep”. 28 years later with the help of Kaiser Willys and my patient family, it is back to its all original condition. Thank you Kaiser Willys for the excellent service & quality parts to complete this heirloom. At its first show, this Jeep won “Best in Show” – Canada Jeep Show (Barrie, Ontario 2019).
