This is a tribute Jeep that I finished restoring for my friend Chuck. He was not able to finish it because he was diagnosed with ALS in late 2018. I started in June 2019 and in November 2019 I gave him his first ride in it. I continued to work on “JOE” and finished the project three weeks ago. A week after that Chuck did what he thought he would never be able to do again, go 4 wheeling!
